Safeguarding & raising a concern
If something doesn't feel right — on or off the mats — we want to know.
You will be listened to. You will be taken seriously. You will not get in trouble for speaking up, and you can tell us anonymously if you'd rather. Nothing is "too small" to mention. This applies to everyone at Apex — all ages.
Two ways to tell us
1 · Report online
Use the form below — in confidence, or completely anonymously. You don't have to give your name or any contact details.
2 · Or call us
Phone Apex on 07385 811179 and ask for Professor David, our Safeguarding Lead.
You can also go straight to:
- Police — 999 (emergency) or 101 (non-emergency)
- NSPCC (concerns about a child) — 0808 800 5000
- Childline (for under-18s) — 0800 1111
- Samaritans — 116 123
Report a concern
Tell us as much or as little as you like. The only thing we need is a few words about what happened — everything else is optional.
Thank you — we've got it
Your report has reached our Safeguarding Lead. If you left contact details and asked us to, we'll be in touch. If anything changes or becomes urgent, call 999, or the NSPCC on 0808 800 5000.
